Let our Pastry Chef teach you how to make a crispy cream puff shell filled with a spiced apple filling and topped with whipped mascarpone, decorated to look like a fall apple. Guests will take home a dozen cream puffs and a decorating tip.

This unique class treats not only you but also your furry friend. Participants will create delicious pumpkin scones topped with a sweet cream cheese drizzle. While your scones are baking, you will learn how to create tasty treats with simple ingredients for your dog. You will take home a dozen of each and a bone shaped cookie cutter.

As part of Zehnder's Fall Bakery Class Series, Zehnder's presents the Spinach and Artichoke Quiche with Mimosa class on October 15, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Participants will learn from one of Zehnder's professional chefs how to create a flavorful quiche filled with spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, parmesan and cream cheese. While your quiche is baking, enjoy samples of quiche with a glass of Mimosa.
