As part of Zehnder's Fall Bakery Class Series, Zehnder's presents Apple Cream Puff on October 1, 2014 from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Let our Pastry Chef teach you how to make a crispy cream puff shell filled with a spiced apple filling and topped with whipped mascarpone, decorated to look like a fall apple. Guests will take home a dozen cream puffs and a decorating tip.
