Mixed Fruit Tart
$60 Per Person
11:30am-1:00pm & 4:30pm-6:00pm

You will learn step by step how to create a delicious fruit tart. Starting with a flaky buttery crust filled with fresh pastry cream and topped off with a variety of fresh fruits. This dessert is sure to wow any crowd. You will take home your tart measuring 13.75” X 4.5” and a tart pan so you can make this wonderful tart again and again.

Coconut Cream Scones and Chocolate Chip Biscotti

11:30am-1:00pm & 4:30pm-6:00pm

Let us teach you how to make what are sure to be two new family favorites. You will start the class by making a classic biscotti filled with chocolate chips. While your biscotti is baking, you will make scones using coconut milk and sweetened shredded coconut, topped off with a drizzle of icing and toasted coconut. If you like coconut you will not want to miss this class! You will take home 8 scones and a dozen biscotti cookies.

Cupcake Flowerpot

You will learn firsthand from one of our cake decorators how to create a beautiful mini cupcake filled flowerpot that is sure to impress any crowd. You will take home a 6” flowerpot, 18 mini strawberry cupcakes, 2 decorating tips and the knowledge to create this wonderful creation for years to come.

Carrot Cake Cheesecake Crumble Bars and Easter Themed Donuts
$55 Per Person
9am-10:30am & 2pm-3:30pm

A new twist on an old favorite. You will learn how to combine classic carrot cake with creamy cheesecake into one delicious dessert. While your bars are baking, you will learn how to decorate donuts with cute Easter décor to impress your family on Easter morning. You will take home a 9 x 13 pan of bars and 4 decorated donuts.

Spinach Artichoke Strudel and Nutella Cruffins
$55 Per Person
9am-10:30am & 12pm-1:30pm

This is a savory twist on strudel. You will learn how to create the perfect crowd-pleasing appetizer. You will start with puff pastry dough and fill it with a delicious homemade spinach and artichoke filling braided and baked to perfection. While your strudel is baking, you will learn how to use the same dough and create a Nutella filled treat rolled up, baked in a cupcake pan and dusted with powdered sugar. You will take home your strudel, 6 cruffins, and a cupcake pan.

French Macarons
$65 Per Person
9am-10:30am, 12pm-1:30pm & 3pm-4:30pm

You will learn from one of our pastry chefs the secret to making the perfect French macaron. You will create the shells from scratch learning the whole process step by step. While your shells bake, you will prepare your fillings. You will be making both vanilla and chocolate macarons. You will take home 24 macarons and a 4-quart mixing bowl.

Savory Puffs Two Ways

1pm-2:30pm & 6pm-7:30pm

You will learn from one of our chefs how to turn pate choux, traditionally used for cream puffs; into perfect bite size appetizers. You will start by piping your shells. While they bake, you will prepare your fillings. The first is apple walnut chicken salad. The second is caprese salad, complete with tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil, and a balsamic glaze. Both are sure to win over any crowd. You will take home a dozen of each puff and a piping tip.

Spring Risotto and Caesar Salad
$65 Per Person
10am-11:30am & 3:30pm-5pm

Let our sous chef show you step by step how to create a fresh spring risotto filled with asparagus, mushrooms, parmesan cheese and white wine. You will also make a classic Caesar salad with a homemade dressing. You will take home your risotto and your salad to enjoy!
