Celebrate fall with friends and family at Zehnder’s upcoming Fall Harvest Tea on September 30, 2023 starting at 10:30 am (seating begins at 10:00 am) in the Townhall dining room. Enjoy a delicious meal with a variety of teas and take home your own fall teacup and saucer as a special keepsake.
The Fall Harvest Tea Menu Includes:
• Sticky Toffee Date Buns
• Mini Almond Bundt Cake with Orange Glaze
• Parmesan Rosemary Scone
• Curried Carrot and Coconut Bisque – Curried Roasted Carrot, Coconut Milk, Heavy Cream, topped with Toasted Coconut and Candied Ginger
• Autumn Shaved Sprout Salad – Shaved Brussel Sprouts, Baby Greens, Roasted Gold Beets, Apples, Toasted Hazelnuts, Purple Microgreens, Shredded Gouda, Lemon Ginger Vinaigrette
• Whole Grain Roll – with Whipped Herb Butter
• Breaded Chicken Roulade – Thin Pounded Breast of Chicken rolled with a filling of Prosciutto, Gruyere Cheese, Sage with Honey Bell Orange Mamalade Glaze
• Roasted Orange, Purple and White Cauliflower
• Sweet Potato and Parsnip Puree
• Pumpkin Caramel Tart – Pumpkin and Dark Caramel Tart topped with Espresso Sea Salt and Amaranth Microgreen Garnish
