Celebrate fall with friends and family at Zehnder’s upcoming Fall Harvest Tea on September 28, 2024 starting at 10:30 am (seating begins at 10:00 am) in the Townhall dining room. Enjoy a delicious meal with a variety of teas and take home your own fall teacup and saucer as a special keepsake.
The Fall Harvest Tea Menu Includes:
• Apple Butter Babka
• Roasted Grape Goat Cheese Pistachio Crostini
• Maple Bacon Scone
• Sweet Potato Wild Rice Soup – Roasted Sweet Potato, Wild Rice, Chantrelle Mushroom, Kale Heavy Cream, topped with Arugula Pesto
• Pumpkin Tahini Autumn Salad – Shaved Brussel Sprouts, Butternut Squash, Granny Smith Apples, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Pickled Red Onion, Quinoa, Dried Cranberries, Tahini Lemon Maple Dressing
• Acorn Squash Italian Sausage Phyllo – Acorn Squash, Italian Sausage, Pear, Golden Raisins, Goat Cheese, Herbs, topped with Sage and Gruyere Veloute
• Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
• Pumpkin Creme Puff – Choux Pastry filled with Pumpkin Mousse, garnished with Candied Pumpkin Seeds and Pecans and Cranberry Coulis
