If you like apple fritters, you will love this bread! You will create a delicious brioche bread filled with fresh apples and cinnamon. You will also be making a sweet vanilla glaze to finish it off. You will have the option to take your bread home to bake and enjoy fresh from the oven or you can pick it up in our bakery an hour after class.
