Chocolate Peppermint Macarons

Step into a winter wonderland of baking with this hands-on Chocolate Peppermint Macaron class! Learn the art of creating delicate, bakery-worthy French macarons with a festive twist – crisp shells filled with a luscious peppermint-chocolate ganache. Whether you’re a beginner or a macaron enthusiast, you’ll master essential techniques like whipping the perfect meringue, folding the batter just right, and achieving that signature macaron “feet”. You will take home 2 dozen macarons and a 4 qt. mixing bowl.

 

Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Bacon & Gruyere Cheese Quiche with Caramel Apple Mimosa

Elevate your brunch game with this cozy flavor packed culinary experience! You will learn how to make a quiche with a rich, buttery crust filled with smoky bacon, roasted brussel sprouts, Gruyere cheese and creamy egg custard. While your quiche bakes to golden perfection, you’ll sip on a caramel apple mimosa (a sparkling twist to a fall favorite), complete with apple cider, bubbly and a drizzle of caramel. You will also receive a 9-inch pie plate to take home.

 

 

Puff Pastry Donuts & Apple Puffs

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make irresistible puff pastry apple donuts. A delicious twist on a classic fall treat! Each donut starts with a fresh apple ring, wrapped in buttery puff pastry, baked until golden and finished with a warm cinnamon sugar coating. Then you will learn how to create bakery-worthy apple puffs with a cozy twist! You will make elegant puff pastry pockets filled with spiced apples and a rich cinnamon cream cheese filling. They will be baked to golden, flaky perfection. You will leave with 4 each.

 

No-Bake Peppermint Bark Pie

Perfect for winter gatherings or holiday parties.

 

Gingerbread House

Create your own 15-inch tall Gingerbread House. Our cake decorator will guide you step-by-step through the process of decorating your own unique house. All supplies included.

 

Pull-Apart Reindeer Cake

Get into the holiday spirit with this cheerful and creative cupcake decorating class! You’ll decorate a festive pull-apart reindeer cake made entirely from cupcakes. We’ll guide you through arranging cupcakes into a reindeer face, then show you how to frost them seamlessly and add charming features like antlers, eyes, and Rudolph’s bright red nose. You will take home approximately 18 cupcakes.

 

Quick Pickling & Fermentation of Vegetables

Join Chef Lance Buchinger, Certified Sou Chef and Chef de Cuisine, for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating the season’s freshest produce. You’ll learn the art of quick pickling and fermentation – two simple and satisfying ways to preserve vegetables at home. Learn safe techniques, flavor combinations and tips for enjoying your creations at home. Hands-on, beginner friendly and fun for all skill levels. Leave with 3 jars of pickled and fermented vegetables, along with the confidence to make more at home.
