As part of Zehnder’s Fall Bakery Class Series, Zehnder’s presents a Caramel Apple Galette class on October 22, 2024 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Learn a simple twist to apple pie without the pan. This rustic style tart has a crispy crust filled with fresh apple filling topped with cinnamon streusel then drizzled with caramel. Your finished galette will be approximately 10 inches in diameter.
