Zehnder’s Snowfest ABC Baking Competition – January 28, 2026

The Zehnder’s Snowfest Baking Contest is back for Snowfest 2026! Once again, participants will have the chance to bake up some sweet desserts during Snowfest’s “ABC Baking Contest” on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 starting at 10 a.m. inside Zehnder’s Snowfest Warming Tent. The ABC Baking Contest is the official kick-off event of Zehnder’s Snowfest happening January 28 – Febraury 1, 2026. Amateur bakers will participate in the following categories for top prizes: Apple Delights, Brownie Extravaganza and Cupcake Extravaganza. Admission to the event is FREE to spectators and includes complimentary dessert samples, prizes, recipes books and entertainment. This event is sponsored by Michigan Sugar, Le Creuset® and WSGW 790 AM.

To enter as a participant, download and complete a registration form here no later than January 2, 2026 or submit your entry below. Only one recipe per person may be chosen for each category. All entries are to be brought in fully prepared and ready for judging. A maximum of 10 entries for each category will be chosen for final judging on Wednesday, January 28, 2026.
